  • C&P Batch Process

    I uploaded a few batches last week in Salesforce for org ID: 00Do0000000HaH0

    This was my first batch upload and I'm assuming I did something wrong as now 4 days later they are all still "processing" Also, some of them were scheduled to process today. If I could just cancel all of those uploads, and start over that would be fine, but I'm not sure what to do as they are all still processing on the account.

    Thanks for your assistance. I have granted login access.

      Good day @dstephens

      We reviewed your instance and it seems to be issue with the .csv file you have uploaded. We have tested in our test instances as well as we have uploaded one test Batch Upload in your instance and found NO issues. Would you please review your .csv file and try to re-upload those batch files?

        Thank you for the update! I have fixed the above issue and re-uploaded them again. After a few minutes they're all still processing. Could you potentially review the batches and see what I'm doing wrong?

          Please submit a support ticket at http://help.clickandpledge.com by attaching .csv files you have uploaded with dummy credit card details so that we can review your files. Include the link to this post in the ticket for reference.

          Please let us know when you have submitted the ticket. Do not post the requested information in this forum as this is a public forum.

            After reviewing one more time I was able to identify the issue! I was missing one of the non-mandatory fields in the upload. Something I was thinking that would potentially have prevented my error would be if there was a mention in the "requirements section" of the instructions that all columns are required to be in the upload regardless of whether or not they are mandatory. That said, once I realized that was the issue the instructions are very thorough and the process wasn't difficult.
