We reviewed your instance & all are OK. The only issue is the C&P Settings > Account is not set and no accounts are added. I am sure you know since you are asking for a new TEST account.
Have you applied for the TEST account under your partner link?
We will review the installation & complete the post-install as requested. We will update this post when complete.
Each Click & Pledge account posts to single Salesforce instance. Many Click & Pledge accounts may post to the same Salesforce instance but one account cannot post to multiple Salesforce instances.
As you are with CASE Partners you may apply for any number of TEST accounts but we do NOT issue test accounts for clients. Please make sure to remove your Test account once you are finished with the test. TEST accounts may be applied for through your partner link and adding a comment that you need a TEST account. Once we receive the app we will enable the account on our test platform.

I have a client that currently has a Click and Pledge account 27158. I have created a sandbox for their org and I installed Click and Pledge in the sandbox. I am now looking at the post install. Do I need a new account number to connect Click and Pledge to the Sandbox? If so, can you provide me with an account number please? Also, if someone could help with the post installation I would appreciate that. I have granted you access to the site.
