  • Can the date format be changed now?

    Dear support,

    We are using autoresponder to send custom receipt. Everything is fine except the date format. We typically use format as April, 23 2015. But in C&P Designer, the format of {CnP_PaaS__CnP_Transaction__c.CnP_PaaS__Charge_Dat e__c} is 2015-04-23. There is a thread saying that it is possible to change the format in the new release 9.X.
    The Payment platform for Salesforce. The payment platform is the required application for all other Salesforce apps.


    Is this release now available? Thx!

    Good day!

    This is not yet released as we are still in version 8.x

    The next update is scheduled for Fall 2015.

    So many requests so little time. We will be there soon.

      We have added each element of the date string as an individual element so our clients can format them any way they want.

        We've had issues with the date field on the autoresponder. We've tried using the fields given as picture above, but it doesn't show the date, just the coding.

        This is the coding we are given with the new date fields (by clicking on the date format that we want): <@CnP_Transaction_Month_Number><@CnP_Transaction_D ay><@CnP_Transaction_Year> This doesn't display the date, just the code in the email.

        In another thread, I saw it mentioned that the coding should be: {CnP_PaaS__CnP_Transaction__c.CnP_PaaS__Charge_Dat e__c}

        Neither of the above work and just show the coding.

        What is going on with the date field and how do we fix it? We don't want our donors to continuously get the autoresponse with the coding and not the actual date. We have a spring campaign coming up and its important that we get this fixed and it looks like others have the same issue.
