Good day!
Sorry for the late reply & taking so long to resolve this. We had to review this carefully and compare your data to primary database. This took a bit longer than expected.
The problem was the maintenance service was detecting a large number of duplicates in your system which was true. We identified all duplicates and deleted them from your system clearing all errors.
We have ran the maintenance against the data and all are correct and no more errors are detected in your instance.
Please review your instance & let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Still waiting to hear on what to do about these temporary contacts. Please advise. Thanks.

It's been a few days and we still have 66 unfixable temporary contacts that somehow were reposted to our account when you guys helped me fix a few at the beginning of the week. I tried just deleting them but with the self healing they all came back. Please let me know what I need to do. They all bring up: Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: DUPLICATE_VALUE, duplicate value found: CnP_PaaS__VaultGUID__c duplicates value on record with id:
Thanks

I guess I hit the wrong reply button this morning.
Over the weekend you guys sent us this:
We have performed the following tasks:
- Upgraded your instance to all the latest releases of C&P apps.
- Deleted all previously orphaned transactions
- Reposted all the recurring transactions
- Matched the C&P Temporary Contacts and settled all transactions
When we came into the office this morning, we found almost 80 transactions in our temporary contacts bin. We processed all of the temporary contacts that we could, that were new transactions. The remainder are causing duplicate errors that I can only assume were part of the project you did for us this weekend.

Good day!
Have you posted this again this morning?
This shows a post date time of an hour ago. Has anyone posted this transaction again from the portal?

Thanks for your help over the weekend! I appreciate the updates that you ran for us.
This morning we found we have almost 70 Temporary Contacts all pulling up duplicate errors when we try to merge them with their contacts.
Just wondering what you would advise me to do.
Thanks.

Yes, we are running 8.8, and the self heal is what brought the problem children back to us. I fixed/imported most of the transactions. These are the ones that won't allow me to fix them. They are stuck in the temporary bin.

Good day!
Are you running version 8.8x of PaaS?
If so, have you seen this feature? http://forums.clickandpledge.com/con...e-Self-Healing

Self-Healing Problem Children
We have a number of recurring transactions that were broken due to misstyped emails and such in the past that we have been manually creating the opportunity in Salesforce every month for a while. We are very excited about the new upgrades to allow editing in Connect, and also the self healing maintenance that imported a bunch of our problem children and allowed us to hopefully fix these once and for all! In the data cleanup though, I have run into a few that say that we need to run the first instance before we can add them. The problem being when I added the first instance I received an error regarding duplicates.
The transactions are:
1210247191955401
1211248450105401
13437284715466
13536360355466
138471326135175
1344749345175
1461101051376011
Our Org ID is 20588, and I have granted you login access should you want it. (They are all in the TC bin).
Thanks for your help!
