We have upgraded your instance with latest version and fixed the issue for above order number.
It is ABSOLUTELY IMPORTANT that you re-establish connection between Click & Pledge and Salesforce. With this update C&P Accounts no longer are needed to be added to Salesforce as the connection will automatically add the required information to Salesforce. No it will not have an affect since it is a seamless update. We always recommend that you update to the latest release since with each release there are bug fixes and new features. Please review all the changes that you are not taking advantage of.
Support for your version had ended on June 15, 2016.

Transaction not Posting an Opportunity
Hi, We had a transaction that did not sync to Salesforce properly initially because the Campaign didn't come through, and Campaign is set to a required field. I believe I've fixed the SKU set up, however when I re-process the gift from Connect, it is still not creating the Opportunity. When I open up the Transaction in Salesforce, under "Related C&P Data" it now says "Successfully Credited" but the Opportunity is not created.
What could be the issue?Tags: None
