On the Double the Donation online form, the donor types in what company they work for, and then Double the Donation searches for the program that matches that company name. Is it possible to MAP that field to Salesforce?
Right now, we are struggling because we have turned off the feature to automatically create the matching account donation once the contact donates (indicating there should be a match). We have turned off this functionality because we use an application to match individual donations with account matching donations that allows us to match multiple contact opportunities to ONE account opportunity. But because we turned off the automatic creation of the account donation, now there is no way to know, in Salesforce, that the individual donation should be matched.
Please advise.
