Good day @girishbhatia
If Connection Type is set to Production then the transaction will post to Production ONLY and vice versa. Please note that "Sf Connection" in the portal is to integrate with Salesforce instance to post all your data whereas Sf eVT is to connect the Embedded Virtual Terminal (eVT) in Salesforce. Both are different so, the answer is NO you can't connect both at a time.
Hope that helps.

Thank you. Can you let me know if we can have two simultaneous active connections in the C&P portal to the SF instances - one to the Sandbox and one to the Production instance? Since we already have the Production instance going, and want to test changes in the Sandbox, if I change the settings in the Portal to Sandbox, will it only post to the Sandbox instance, or will transactions from the Production instance post to Production?

Good day @girishbhatia
We have upgraded your Sandbox instance with latest versions of our apps.
It is ABSOLUTELY IMPORTANT that you re-establish connection between Click & Pledge and Salesforce. With this update C&P Accounts no longer are needed to be added to Salesforce as the connection will automatically add the required information to Salesforce. It is extremely important that you login to the portal & re-establish connection. To establish connection please see the following KB article: http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...rticles/803669

Good day @girishbhatia
Please note that as a new user all your messages need to be reviewed. When you post a message the system states that the moderator has been notified.
Once we approve 3 or 4 messages you will be able to post without moderation.
Since you have 3 Sandbox instances, would you please share the Ord ID of Sandbox in which you would like us to upgrade?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Good day @girishbhatia
Would you please grant us login access to your Sandbox instance so that we can login and review?
While reviewing your account we noticed that all of your Sandbox instances are at outdated versions of C&P apps which we don't support anymore.
Would you like us to upgrade your Sandbox instance to latest versions of C&P apps?
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Salesforce integration working intermittently
Hello,
I created a new form and have set it up as a Test mode. The C&P integration to Salesforce is setup for the Sandbox instance.
When I test the form, the C&P transaction works, but the transaction does not get posted to the SalesForce Sandbox instance. If I delete the form and create a new one, the transaction is posted once, but it doesnt post subsequently. Any ideas why?
