    Good day @mlregal,

    We reviewed your instance and noticed that you have not enabled the Activity History for Transaction object. However, we have enabled that for you. Now you may track the activities for Autoresponder.

    Please check now and let us know if you find any issues.

    I'm not sure what you mean. Activity history is a related list on both the contact and opportunity objects, and their are activity history records in both objects. Is there a place I need to turn on Activity History in C&P?

  • Virtual Terminal Autoresponders Not Creating Activitiies records in Salesforce

    I've set up an autoresponder for select transactions in the virtual terminal, and tested that it is sending out the email as expected. However, no matter what I select on the Create Activity History picklist on the Autoresponder settings, there is no activity history created on the Contact or Opportunity in Salesforce.

    I've granted loging access to Click & Pledge.
