    We have upgraded your instance with latest versions of our apps which has been released Today.

    It is absolutely important that you re-establish connection between Click & Pledge and Salesforce. With this update C&P Accounts are no longer needed to be added to Salesforce as the connection will automatically add the required information to Salesforce.     We found NO issues while processing above temp contact. Please keep posting if you see any issues.

    BTW: When you attach the image please post it as JPG because this forum does not show PNG in full scale and we see a thumbnail only.

    What form item was causing the error? If we entered something incorrectly, I want to be sure it doesn't happen again in the future. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!

    Thanks for the install, I re-established the connection and the status is connected. The beta release did not correct the issue. I am still receiving the error processing the temporary contact for Kim Smith. Her current account is under Kimberly D. Smith. I have attached the error I received for your review. I have also extended your access for 1 month. Please review the error in our org.

    We upgraded your instance with a fix for this issue. Please login to the https://portal.clickandpledge.com and re-establish the connection: http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...rticles/803669

    The version installed in your instance is the beta release & not yet released to appExchange.

    Please make sure we have access for a month so we update you with new releases prior to the final release.

    Please check and let us know if you find any issues.

    This is a known issue in the current release which as been addressed and it is in beta version. Hopefully the release is scheduled in the next week. If you would like us to upgrade your instance with Beta version, please let us know.

    Error Processing Temporary Contact

    Hi - I was trying to merge a temporary contact with a current contact in Salesforce and I received the attached error. Since it would not let me merge, I tried to process as new and I received another error stating it was a duplicate. So I cannot merge her with a current contact and I cannot process it as new. Please help.

    Temp Contact is Kim Smith - should be merged with Kimberly D. Smith
