    The system traps all of them and in this case it appears a condition has occurred that the validation has not trapped. If you experience this again please let us know.

    We see transactions in your account from the Salesforce Virtual Terminal so there are no issues with your account.

    Thank you. I watched the user attempt to process several credit card donations and I did not see anything that I felt would cause it to fail, and I watched another user do the same thing and not get the error, so I am not sure what it could be.

    The error you are seeing means the Virtual Terminal has an ill formed field that is being posted. Is this for all transactions or a specific contact?

    Error 2052 happens in a rare condition where the data is not a valid text for the field. Please review the data and let us know if something in there includes apostrophe or ampersand? All the invalid field types are trapped and fixed in real time and you should not see that error. If you are seeing it something is being posted that we have not trapped.

    I have assigned this to a developer to review.

    Error 2052 when using Virtual Terminal

    One of my users keeps receiving an error 2052 when trying to process credit cards using the Virtual terminal. Is there a way to check what is causing this?
    Organization ID is 00D36000000Il4u
    Click & Pledge acct # that was assigned to the transactions: 35418
