    Good day @ndlugajczyk,

    Sorry but it is not possible create such report because one contact can have number of transactions and sent Autoresponder for some of them. It is not possible to pull the report for the same contact who does not have an Autoresponder.

    I think I have that figured out about the not getting autoresponders and I think we should be good, but I have another question. I need a report that will tell me of people that have donation recorded through the virtual terminal, who does not have an autoresponder. I know in Salesforce under the Contact there is a section to see whether it has or not, but if I don't know who has not gotten one, how do I track that?

    We have upgraded your Salesforce instance as requested. It is ABSOLUTELY IMPORTANT that you re-establish connection between Click & Pledge and Salesforce. With this update C&P Accounts no longer are needed to be added to Salesforce as the connection will automatically add the required information to Salesforce.     Yes, thank you. I would like to have our version update. With regard to the other information. I do have the autoresponders set for "*" in the Other field, as is indicated in the note next to the field, and have Authorized marked as well, but for our "Other" transactions, Authorized does not show up in the transaction and so the receipt is not sent. It says successfully processed but no Authorized. I assumed that was because it was not a CC or eCheck that required an actual authorization. Is this not correct? Nothing for "Other" gets a receipt sent.

    Autoresponder and Custom Payment types

    In the autoresponder settings you can choose what criteria you want to have something send out for, but the autoresponder requires one of three payment statuses to be chosen before it will save. I have custom payments (Other) that are entered into our system frequently, and the status for those is always blank, because they do not require an authorization. How do I make the autoresponder work for these types of payments, or is there a way to make them work?
