Yes thank you, that does make sense. Just making sure that was the reason!

    Good day [email protected]

If a site is under heavy attack we disconnect the account to save on API calls. Had we not done this, given you had received over 700 transaction it would have consumed 2100 minimum API calls in your instance.

    Hope that answers your question.

Thank you so much - all looks in order! One other related question - it seems that the connection between our Click & Pledge and Salesforce was deactivated on Aug 4th and so our donations hadn't been coming thru. I've re-established the connection and pushed thru the donations that had been missing but can I ask if this was likely related to the fraudulent activity? I mostly want to confirm that it wasn't something else that caused the two to be unexpectedly disconnected. Thank you!!

    Fraudulent activity clean-up

Hi there, we currently have 84 temporary contacts associated with recent some fraudulent activity under the name of "Marcos Aurelio". I just got off of the support call where Kamran suggested I post here and someone will be able to batch delete these order numbers from our system. I've just granted C&P access for a week and our org ID is 00D5000000071yL. Let me know if there is anything else I need to do. Thanks!!
