Custom Question on Related List in Salesforce for Opportunity

Custom Questions appear as a related list I can drag into a Contact, but I can't seem to do that for the Opportunity page. Am I missing something?

Custom questions are related fields to the Contact and not opportunities.

A person has answered the question so the question/answer is related to that contact. The Question was not answered for a specific opportunity so the Opportunity ID is not included in the Custom Question data.
