    I'm trying to figure out a way to create a report in Salesforce that will help us distinguish between donations made manually through the virtual terminal and those that arrive directly from online pages. The field in C&P Data "Message" seems to offer a way to make that distinction but I'm not finding a way to include that field in the Opportunity record detail page. Is there a way to map the value to a custom field I created in Salesforce?

    Good day @dsullivan,

    You can't distinguish the opportunities through the Message field in C&P Data nor we have option to include that field in the opportunity.

    The message field in the C&P Data only shows whether the data has been processed directly or created manually (Created manually means processed from C&P Temp contacts).

    You may can distinguish the opportunities in couple of ways:

    1. Based on SKU: You may can define SKU to the product and can map it through the Custom Question Mapping into the Opportunity field.

    2. Based on Custom Question: You may can define the Custom Question to the donation page (for that you should pass hidden value to the answer field) and map it to the opportunity field.

    3. Based on Opportunity Record Type: You may can define SKU to the product and can map it through Record Types option under C&P Settings >> Opprtunities >> Record Type
