Workflow to copy the value from C&P Custom Question to a field in Donation?

Hi,

We have a C&P Custom Question asking who the donaiton is dedicated to. I would like to set up a workflow rule to copy the value from the C&P Custom Question to the Dedication Recipient Name field in Donations. I tried to set up the workflow, but could not find the field of Custom Question. How would you recommend I do this? Thank you so much!

Have you considered using our mapping feature in the C&P Settings > Custom Mapping?

Thank you! I just checked the Custom Mapping. How would you set "Answer" and "Replace text with" so that the value in the Answer field will be sent to a field in Opportunity as it is? Thank you so much.

If the answer is blank the answer as typed in the form will be put in the mapped field.

The ANSWER field is set so if you want to replace an answer with another one it can act as the replacement. For example- if the answer is YES change the answer to MEMBER.

if you want the answer, as typed on the form, be put in the field then leave it blank.
