  • Error Report: processing donations after error details were updated

    We had some validation rules which were active with the Accounting Seed package. We do not plan on renewing with Accounting Seed so, when our subscription expired (today), we got 6 errors related to to the validation rule that's associated with it.

    I deactivated the rules and need to resubmit these donations so they can be processed correctly. I tried to clone the C&P Data record, delete the error message and save but, it didn't work; it gave me another error message: "Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: DUPLICATE_VALUE, duplicate value found: CnP_PaaS__VaultGUID__c duplicates value on record with id: a2ZC0000006NjFB: []" This makes sense because I cloned it but, I don't know how to fix this.

    Please advise on how I can do this.

    May I ask you to STOP! - don't do anything like what you are doing.

    Just wait till tomorrow & update to our new release.

    This is exactly why the above feature was developed. Tomorrow it will go live- install it and let it be.. it will resolve all your problems. Not all problems - just the ones related to Salesforce.

    If you want us to upgrade your instance let us know.

      Good day!

      Earlier today we released the version with the Maintenance feature which will run all your errors and fix them, given you have resolved the validation issue.

      Please upgrade to the latest release and enable the Maintenance option as shown in the KB article posted earlier.
