    If your screen is different it is due to your layout.

    Please see the section titled: "User Interface"

    If you set it per our instructions then your screen will match ours.

    Please follow the above and let me know if that helps.

    If you still have problem grant us login access and we will review it for you.
    Please make sure to post your organization name & the Salesforce Organization ID so we know how to locate your instance. As part of the process we will also upgrade you the latest instance of our applications. If you don't wish to be upgraded please let us know otherwise we will update your instance.

    We have created several new Custom Fields within Salesforce and our C&P Custom Questions map to these fields. Is there anything we need to do to ensure that Field-Level Security is set properly? (please note that after clicking on Public Access Settings under Site Details what we see is completely different from what the C&P Instructions show we should see. We are unable to see our Field Level Security) Can you help make sure that all of our field visible to C&P?
