Yes, I did that as well. We will watch today to make sure donations are posting if we do get any. Thank you for your help with the upgrade.

    Good day!

We understand that it shows connected but you need to reconnect to post the new data to the field in Salesforce.

Please click on the VERIFY button again, login to Salesforce, and update the connection.

I logged into the portal and the connection was already established. I didn't have to re-establish it.

    Good day @Laure,

We have upgraded your Salesforce instance with latest version of PaaS which has been release just an hour ago.

It is ABSOLUTELY IMPORTANT that you re-establish connection between Click & Pledge and Salesforce. With this update C&P Accounts no longer are needed to be added to Salesforce as the connection will automatically add the required information to Salesforce. It is extremely important that you login to the portal & re-establish connection. To establish connection please see the following KB article: http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...rticles/803669

    Good day Laure

We pushed the transactions you requested.

As for the best time to do this, given you are not using event and as such do not have active registrations that may fail with the end user.

If a transaction fails to post during the upgrade we will easily push it so nothing of importance can go wrong. I highly recommend that you upgrade at your earliest, earliest convenience.

Once we have access & the permission to upgrade we will finish it for you.

Yes, please push these and we will manually handle the remaining transactions. We will request an upgrade soon. Is the upgrade something that needs to be done off hours or is there any impact to current processing?

    Good day!

Our system allows for pushing the missed data that have generated error with connection still active. In your account I see the following:

Name:	2016-07-22_9-32-06.jpg
Views:	54
Size:	46.1 KB
ID:	25279

We can push the above transactions in our system.

The rest we have to manually push them as our system has not added them to the list of missed posts. If there are no connections your account is treated as other accounts without Salesforce.

    Hope that answers your question.

If you wish we can push the above for you.

I'm pretty sure that Kamran has done this for us in the past. Is there a way to get a report of the items not posted?

    Good day!

There is no way to do a batch post and it has to be done one at a time.

As for the ETA of the eVT retirement it will be within the next month. It will be part of the August 15 release.

Can you tell me exactly when this will expire? Also, back to the previous question, is there a way to do these in batch and not one at a time?

    Good day Laura

If you have used the eVT Connection which is for the Embedded Virtual Terminal the system will use it as the backup. The primary connection is failing and the backup will take over.

This is a temporary fix as in a month this will be taken away given the eVT will switch to OAuth.

I am just letting you know that if you do not update your connection will fail and the version you are on is no longer supported.

    Hope that helps.

    Good day!

I do not know how you have established Connection since the version of the API Class Library you have does not support OAuth services.

The new OAuth is part of version 9.

We have to upgrade your instance else it will fail.
