Thanks for talking to my associate during office hours. I'm aware that using the new functionality you asked about it in your post is what started the issue. I posted a picture of one of the our rules in my initial question. I am granting you one week of access. Organization id 00DG0000000iirz. I need to be able to both use c&p, and use the Salesforce functionality that ensures we maintain clean data as an organization. Thanks for your help making the two systems work together.

We have tried to review your account but we no longer have access. As discussed during the office hours we need to see what duplicate rules you have set.
How to grant access: http://forums.clickandpledge.com/showthread.php?t=1065Please make sure to post your organization name & the Salesforce Organization ID so we know how to locate your instance. As part of the process we will also upgrade you the latest instance of our applications. If you don't wish to be upgraded please let us know otherwise we will update your instance.

Duplicates detected error in temporary contacts
Hi,
We enabled the new duplicate functionality in the Spring release of Salesforce. If we create a contact not through C&P, this works as it's supposed to, allowing us to save anyway if what it catches isn't a duplicate. However, this is now interfering with our attempts to bring in temporary contacts through C&P that those rules catch.
Please see the attached two screenshots and let me know what to do.
