Contacts not merging

Organization number 00DG0000000l0eC

I have set the contact to fully automatic, merging if the first name, last name and email are the same. Contacts are not merging. Example: Renaissance Schamburg. See image below.



Duplicate contacts are not showing up in temporary contacts, they are just listing twice, or more.

Do you have the Order # for these transactions?
