    I received and emailed notification of Order Number 1607071215232565005 but it is not showing up in my list of C&P Transactions in Salesforce, please advise.
    My org ID is 00Di0000000H8fk and I have granted login access

    Good day!

    Strange.. we see this error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

    Do you know the origin of this transaction? This is the only transaction in your system that has generated this error - this is a Salesforce error.

    Also your instance is a version behind. Do you want us to upgrade your instance while reviewing this case?

      Regarding the upgrade: I am waiting for a moment to get caught up on what the upgrade entails and hope to request an upgrade next week. I need to know how it affects Saleforce integaration and compatability with NPSP 3.0.

          Since we do not see a Contact the order is in the C&P Temporary Contact.

            Yes, we do not currently have any unresolved temporary contacts, I looked not and the transaction does exist. Any ideas why we did not see it sooner? We resolve temporary contacts daily.
