Donation with Event Level is split into the number of included registrations?

I have set up included registrations with different sponsorship levels. When a donation for a level that has 4 registrations comes in, it is split into four donations. Is this the only way this can work? I would prefer to have the sponsorship come in as a single donation since we will acknowledge the donation only once. Is there a way to set this up?

Good day!

Yes, you can set it up as you want. Opportunity/Donation creation depends on the settings you have under C&P Settings >> Opportunity. In order to create a single opportunity for multiple levels you will need to select Opportunity Products under C&P Settings >> Opportunity >> Opportunity Product.

When Products are used all items in the basket will become products under one opportunity.
