Opportunity gone missing after credit issued

Yes, I had updated my post to say that I found the opportunity in the recycle bin. My only remaining questions are: 1) is the credit feature still available in the admin portal - I cannot see it under VT, 2) in Connect, is there a search feature to find a transaction to credit, eg., searching by name or amount. Thank you.

Good day!
We reviewed the case and here is our finding:
1: The Order Number
2: The C&P Data posted shows the SKU = 90300
3: The SKU is being renamed according to the C&P Settings for the SKU
4: The opportunity is in the Recycle Bin
I hope that has answered your question.
Please let us know if we can be of more help.

Opportunity gone missing after credit issued
Good morning. I'm having several problems issuing a credit. First, I tried to do it from the admin portal using the Virtual Terminal. I used to issue credits here, but the virtual terminal menu options are no longer coming up in the portal. So I went to Connect to find and credit the transaction - there used to be a search capability on the transactions page, but it's no longer there (?), so I nexted through the pages to find the transaction, opened the transaction, and issued a Credit.
I thought the donation had gone missing, but I found it in the company recycle bin - someone had deleted it by mistake. I did another test and it worked fine. Transaction was credited, and the donation is still there, with stage Refunded. But I still have the question about whether I should have been able to credit from the portal VT? and where the search capability is in Connect -> Transactions. Thanks!Last edited by snesson; 06-15-2016, 08:38 AM. Reason: Opportunity is not missing! But I still have questions about crediting ...Tags: None
