    Please let us know what we should review as without that information it is hard to determine the issue.

    Please grant us login access to your instance and the first name & last initial of the person so we can review the transaction. For reference, have you checked Connect to see if the transaction shows up in Connect?

    Once we know the nature of the transaction we can review and see what might have gone wrong.

    Unable to Issue Credit for Transaction

    Hi,
    I was issuing a credit on a transaction on the CnP Transaction screen within Salesforce and the process timed out. Afterward I refreshed the screen and attempted once more to issue the credit. This time the process failed. I received the error message "Credit Transaction Not Processed Successfully."

    What is my next step?
