The dashboards were removed in the latest release. We will be adding various filters in the next release.

We have a number of reports in the Salesforce reports which you may turn into dashboards.

I have asked that page in the manual to be removed.

Sure. I'm referring to Salesforce Dashboard. C&P says there's supposed to be 10 (http://manual.clickandpledge.com/Sal...ashboards.html).
But I'm only seeing 3 listed: checkout page; recurring; relative analysis.

May I ask what you mean by dashboards? Would you please elaborate as to where you are seeing the dashboards?
