  • State Field Data Removed When Country is Entered on Virtual Terminal

    Hello,

    We recently noticed that the value in the state field is removed when a country is selected while processing a payment from a contact record using the virtual terminal button. Any idea why this could be happening and how we can fix it? Here is a screen shot of an example where a contact has state info but the data disappears when country is selected.

    It is a known issue which has been already addressed in our beta version.

    Please note that, we do NOT recommend installing the beta in any production instance. Currently the release date is June 15.

        Hi there,

        We attempted to process a donation from the Virtual Terminal button on the contact object today and found that the state field data is still being deleted when country is selected. Is there anything I need to do to ensure that the latest release from 6/15 addresses this issue?

          Good day!

          We reviewed and noticed that you have not upgraded to latest versions of our apps. We have upgraded you with latest versions and now you can see the issue has been fixed.

          It is ABSOLUTELY IMPORTANT that you re-establish connection between Click & Pledge and Salesforce. With this update C&P Accounts no longer are needed to be added to Salesforce as the connection will automatically add the required information to Salesforce.
