  • New C&P payments not migrating to Salesforce accounts

    Hi C&P team,

    We are having a problem with C&P credit card transactions not migrating successfully to Salesforce accounts. Constituents can successfully fill out our C&P payment forms, and our staff can manually entered payments. After processing the payment, we are directed to a C&P landing page that confirms payment has been successful. The automated receipt emails from C&P are sent successfully as well. However, none of the payment data is migrating automatically to associated Salesforce accounts. This problem has been occurring since February 4 or 5, 2015 and affects all of the payments since that date.

    We checked the C&P Temporary Contacts, and none of the constituents are listed there, nor do the payments show up in reports or C&P on Salesforce. Can you help? Let me know if I can provide more helpful information.

    as a result of invalid login (expired password or token) the connection was disabled and it is still disabled as shown below:
