    We contacted Salesforce support and received the following message:

    "I am your Success Account Manager and I was just reviewing this case. I looked at the error details and its a known issue here at Salesforce. I ran a script to clear out the issue and please try to install the package again. Let me know the results via case comments."

    We tried the installation & it worked. Your instance is now at the latest release.

    In reviewing your installation we realized that you have not yet set up a SITE & have not set up your domain. If you want we can set this up for you but we need your approval to setup: KeenChicago as your domain (
