Setting Up Autoresponder for the 1st time

Hi,

Thanks again! I'm now trying to use Auto-Responder for the 1st time.
It says that TAGS is a required field, but when I click the drop down box all it says is "Select" and provides no other options.

What do I need to do?

Good day!

The only reason for not appearing the tags in the Autoresponder is because there might be NO template created for Autoresponder under C&P Designer.

Please note that, the templates which you have created under C&P Event Management >> Designer > Site Template/Tickets/Name Badges will won't appear in the Autoresponder. You will need to create new template in C&P Designer to appear in the Autoresponder.
