Good day!
Are you able to attend the office hour today?
We can show you how it works. It is quite easy- you simply click and add an item to the basket. If you want to use defaults then add the defaults and choose from the defaults. As I stated it is quite easy- if you join the office hour today we can show you.

Hi,
When I add an additional item in the Virtual Terminal, will it remain in the Terminal window after I process a transaction? Or will I have to add it in for each new transaction? (I don't know how to test this without processing a payment!)
Thank you

Good day!
Sure.. you may add as many items to the list as you want. There is no limit on the number of items that may be added to the virtual terminal for processing.

Hello,
By payment type I mean payment description i.e a membership donation or a purchase, which which have different SKUs and go into different campaigns in our database. I would like to be able to enter both kinds of payments in the same virtual terminal window, so if a client wanted to make both a membership donation and a purchase, I could enter them at the same time instead of making two separate transactions. Is this possible?
Thank you!

Good day!
I am not quite what you mean by different payment types without using default items.
Please elaborate on what you wish to see. In our terms a payment type is a payment method, e.g. Credit Card, eCheck, etc. Is this what you are referring to?

Thank you. I deleted the default items that I didn't want and updated my payment description. Is there a way I can have two different payment types on the virtual terminal page without using the default items?

Using Virtual Terminal in Salesforce NPSP
I am setting up a Click and Pledge Virtual terminal page in Salesforce NPSP. The Virtual terminal page is not letting me alter the quantity or unit price of each payment type in the payment description. I need to be able to change quantity and/or price when entering payments. Is there any way I can alter the set up in the C&P settings tab in NPSP so that these fields are editable?
