  • Developer Script Exception Issue

    I've been receiving emails with:
    "Apex script unhandled exception by user/organization: 005i00000025BE7/00Di0000000iX2P
    Failed to invoke future method 'public static void MailingProcess(Integer)' on class 'CnP_PaaS.EmailSender' for job id [various ID numbers]'"

    When I emailed support the suggestion was to post here to see what could be done. We also tried to enter over information for over 20 credit cards last week and they were all declined. I'm wondering if this has something to do with it.

              Hello -

              (Our C&P account number is 26971)
              (Our Salesforce ID number is 00Di0000000db46)


              I have also been receiving this message. Our instance of Click&Pledge was upgraded yesterday. We have had several payments from different countries that have all gone through, but this morning a donor from Australia emailed me to say that he tried to donate twice with two different credit cards that were both valid but his payment was declined and no reason was given. I checked in our C&P logs and these transactions do not show up as declined.

              We did receive two of these Apex messages yesterday and two today so I am wondering if this is connected and how we can fix this.

                Someone must have disabled this user and as such the job can no longer run given it was set up under that user.

                  Thank you. I looked into the user ID and it belongs to the contractor that set up our Salesforce database for us a few years back. I was not aware that any processes were set up and still under this person. This Apex error issue (which seems to effect credit card processing for a few countries including Australia) didn't show up until our instance of Click & Pledge was updated last week. Most recently Giacomo Pascolini was our System Administrator (User ID: 005i0000003AHCT) and then he set me up as an Administrator as well (user id: 005i0000005m47t) Giacomo is no longer with the company and I will actually be leaving myself in two weeks and want to make sure everything is working properly before I leave. NOw that I have reactivated the account with user id 005i0000001CDiX can you help me? I have no idea where to edit the process that is causing the error.
