It is my understanding that Click & Pledge does not currently post credits in Salesforce. Can you provide some guidance as to how we should manually post these transactions in Salesforce so that we can have accurate reporting for transactions that are refunded?? Thank you.

Good day!
One solution is to change the stage of existing opportunities to a stage such as credited. All is based on Opportunities & in the next release we will be doing the same thing with a setting that you may set for CREDIT stage.
