    getting error message that app name is duplicate and I can't use it

    Good day!

    We have reviewed your instance and believe this is a Salesforcce issue. We will follow up with Salesforce to determine the root cause as we have not been able to duplicate this in any other instance.

    Salesforce needs access to your account. Please grant Salesforce Support access to your account for a week so they can enable logging and review your instance.

    We have also tried upgrading your instance but it seems like an error is being generated. Have you received any emails regarding failed upgrade?

    Please post back when login access has been granted to Salesforce.

        Thank you. We will follow through with Salesforce.

        We also tried to upgrade your instance yesterday but it never completed. Have you received a failed installation from Salesforce? Seems like we can't upgrade your instance.

          Good day!

          We received confirmation from Salesforce that they have fixed your instance.

          The Swiper1 app has been added to your instance but we cannot set it up in the portal as it needs you to login to your Salesforce instance as part of the OAuth verification.

          Please login to Salesforce follow the steps listed in the manual: http://manual.clickandpledge.com/Swi...tallation.html

          As the app has already been created you need to follow the steps starting from:

          Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret to the Portal:

          and then we can test the connectivity.

          Sorry about the inconvenience - this was quite a strange case as we have never seen a case where we could not create the app. Strange indeed.

          Salesforce fixed your instance so we should be fine now.

          Let us know when we can test the Swiper1 connection.

            I have gone in and entered the consumer key and consumer secret as directed (10:58 AM - CST) 1/
