    The issue you are experiencing is related to the default record type which is not set in the account.

    In the absence of a default record type the opportunity cannot be created. You may either create a default record type or remove "GW Auction Campaign" from the list above.

    We have created a record type titled "C&P Online" which will be used by the connection user in the Click & Pledge Portal > Profile > 3rd Party > Salesforce.

    The record type default value is set up for the administrative user following the path:

    Administration Setup > Profiles > System Administrator > Record Type Settings > Campaigns (EDIT)

    The transaction with the error was also deleted and duplicated without any issues.
