  • error trying to process Temporary Contacts

One of my clients is getting this error when trying to process temporary contacts. I went back through the post-installation instructions to see if I missed a permission setting, but I'm not seeing it. Can you help?

Delete failed. First exception on row 0 with id a1pU0000001zCcRIAU; first error: INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_OR_READONLY, insufficient access rights on object id: []

    Good day @Bev,

It is always a great help if we know the Salesforce Org ID and have access. This can save a lot of time between us requesting the information.

The issue you are reporting is a permission issue, as the error states, so we need to have access to review the permission and post-installation. We always do the installation for you as well to save time since we can review everything and release it for you.

Once we have access & know the Salesforce Org ID we will fix it.

        Good day @BeverlyMIS,

The issue you are seeing is related to this KB article: http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...recated-fields

In reviewing the instance we noticed the deprecated fields are still there. All deprecated fields were deleted as NPSP throws exception when they are installed.

To test we merged the records for Ken Sut****** and it worked without any issues.

Please test it and let us know if we can be of more help.

OK - I missed that completely. Thank you for your help - I'll keep this in mind next time I have an NPSP upgrade.
