    Hello,

    I spoke with Kamran in office hours about the auctions for salesforce and Click & Pledge virtual terminal. Due to the complex nature, he told me to submit a topic on the forum so the an internal C&P staff member could set up the virtual terminal for me.

    I have granted login access, our org id is: 00DG0000000kPtN.

    I would love to do some testing as soon as possible, so just let me know when it is set up, and if you need anything else from me. Thank you so much I really appreciate it!

      The eVT requires the userid, password, token combination and the verification has failed. It appears that the org is locked.

        Hi!

        It seems that you guys are looking at the full sandbox, I need it pointed to production. My username is [email protected].

        I am getting the
        "Sorry but We can't find your Salesforce account number in the system. Please verify the account number in the Click & Pledge's portal by following the steps listed below:
        - login to the administrative portal https://portal.clickandpledge.com
        - click on Account Info (Top right hand side)
        - click on the 3rd Party tab

        - click on the Salesforce sub-tab"

            Does this activate it for all users? Some of the other volunteers who have licenses in our org will be doing the entry at the auction. However, they are receiving the virtual terminal "sorry we can't find account" message when they try to swipe cards. The auction is this weekend so this is urgent. Is there something I need to set up on their user to get this to work? You have login access.

              Nevermind - I had changed my username from .com to .org, so it is now fixed.

                @AlexandraKenney,

                The connection user is the user that we post data as to Salesforce. This is a single "Administrator" user that should have read/write/update/delete permission on the objects we deal with. This has nothing to do with Click & Pledge user or other Salesforce users. If a transaction posts to the API the connected user will post the data to Salesforce.
