    Bev,

What do you mean by "I've just whitelisted that one".

I hope you have not whitelisted 216.252.193.210 since that is our IP and not the radio station's. Just checking1

Got it - I asked them a couple times if they had whitelisted the router, but clearly they hadn't. I've just whitelisted that one. So all should be good now. Thank you so much.

    Wow!

These are WRONG IP addresses. Anything that is 192.168.xxx.xxx is an internal IP - the outside world does not see these IP's. These are DHCP Ip's assigned by the router or DHCP server for internal and when these computers hit the outside world the IP address that is their global IP will show.

Please go to Google and type: What is my IP?

You will see the IP that the world sees. For example when I do it I see:

Name:	2016-04-20_12-22-27.jpg

Please make sure to change those IP's immediately.

Perfect - thank you. I think they actually had two ip addresses whitelisted, but I'll check with them. and confirm that. Thank you so much for getting on this so quickly.

    Good day!

We just lowered their account's sensitivity.

We are watching their account so please keep us posted if you still experience any issues. We will increase their sensitivity to default when they are done.

So, you turned off fraud protection entirely?

    Good day!

We removed their blacklist entries so all is OK now.

If fraud is now disabled it should be OK. We will review their cases and post back.

Whitelisting ip addresses during a radio drive

Radio Boise #34781 has just started their on-air drive this morning and we have set up several web forms for their volunteers to use to enter gifts that come in by phone.

The IP addresses and emails are whitelisted, but they are still showing up as fraudulent. As an experiment, I turned off their fraud protection temporarily to see if that would correct it, but they still came up flagged as fraud.

Using the Virtual Terminal is not a viable option as that would require that all these volunteers be logged into Salesforce. This is seriously affecting their drive.

They got the response from support this morning and I sent a follow up, but I thought I'd go ahead and post it here. Is there anyway I can talk to someone by phone or via web conference to get this resolved quickly? My phone number is 314-896-0238
