Radio Boise #34781 has just started their on-air drive this morning and we have set up several web forms for their volunteers to use to enter gifts that come in by phone.
The IP addresses and emails are whitelisted, but they are still showing up as fraudulent. As an experiment, I turned off their fraud protection temporarily to see if that would correct it, but they still came up flagged as fraud.
Using the Virtual Terminal is not a viable option as that would require that all these volunteers be logged into Salesforce. This is seriously affecting their drive.
They got the response from support this morning and I sent a follow up, but I thought I'd go ahead and post it here. Is there anyway I can talk to someone by phone or via web conference to get this resolved quickly? My phone number is 314-896-0238
