  • Error message when editing SKU mapping

I'm trying to edit our SKU mapping.

I select the edit button next to the row in question. At the top, I change the object selected from Contact to Opportunity. I receive the following error message:
Map key Created_by_CnP__c not found in mapError is in expression '{!fieldlistmap_picklist_8[CustomAnswer.CnP_PaaS__Object_Map__c][CustomAnswer.CnP_PaaS__Field_Map__c]}' in component <apex:selectOneListbox> in page cnp_paas:cnp_settings_custom_question

I also receive this error message after deleting the row in question at attempting again.

    Thanks,
    Radha

    Good day!

This can only happen (as the error states) when a field was mapped as a picklist and then removed. The page now tries to load the picklist value and can't find it and therefore Salesforce returns error.

The issue is not with what you are adding but with an existing field.

Please post the data you are adding so we can review the page.

So I played around with this ...

My intention was to edit a row that mapped a Contact field and change it to map to an Opportunity field.

I discovered that if I edit the second row "Field Map" and change it to "-Select-", I could then edit the first row "Object Map." That way, the system did not trigger an error message.

Seems like SKU mapping page could use some help. Maybe in the next release?

      Thanks,
      radha
