Gift data clarification

Hi,

I'm wondering if you could clarify how transaction dates work so I know for future reference.

On 12/31/14, I personally charged a credit card at about 9:30pm PST.

The opportunity created in Salesforce has a close date of 1/1/15.

What determines the close date?

Hi Radha,

We are aware of this as the date posted is EST and not based on your time zone.

In the next update we will be changing this so the Time Zone set the Click & Pledge portal is used for updating the opportunities.
