De-reference error on running All Recurring Payments (active) report in C&P Reports

When I try to run the All Recurring Payments (active) report on the C&P Reports tab, I get the following error:

Attempt to de-reference a null object
An unexpected error has occurred. Your solution provider has been notified. (CnP_PaaS) I have granted login access to Org 00Do0000000agMP.
