    Good day!

    You are in an extremely old release. In the release you are on the Master Transaction had to be settled first before any of the recurring transactions belonging to that recurring family could be settled. In other words the FIRST transaction of the recurring has to be in the system before the second, third, ... could be settled. The first transaction is the one that creates the C&P Recurring record and all the other ones will associate themselves with the C&P Recurring master record. Hope that makes sense.

    In the 9.3 release, which is in AppExchange, the transactions will create a C&P Recurring even if the master is missing. Once the master posts it will be associated as the Master record for that family.

    Import issue

    I have recently received a couple unique errors while trying it import a click n pledge transaction.

    The first error (associated with attachment titled: duplicateevent.jpg) appears when I try to import a transaction from the C&P Temporary Contact tab. Note: I feel like I already imported this transaction and when I review the record, the transaction does appear there. So..why is it still in the C&P Temporary Contact tab? And, what should I do to clear this out? (Assuming it is already imported correctly)


    The second error (associated with attachment titled: mastertransactiont.jpg) appears when I try to import a transaction from the C&P Temporary Contact tab. I have no idea what to do with this one, or why it is appearing. Please advise. Thanks!
