Transactions from web page creating accounts

Howdy,

Out of the blue, 4 new transactions this week resulted in the creation of account records but no contact records for individual donors.

My org is #00Dd0000000i8lD.

The donor names are
A Ohanian · R Wilken

· T Appel-Bernstein

· M Griffin

Strange- we found all these contacts in your recycle bin. Someone has deleted them.

I can send you images if you want but I am sure if you go to your recycle bin you will see them.

That is strange.

SF says those records were deleted under my user name. But I had left the office by the time that happened.

My user name is also the one that connects SF with CnP. It looks like I managed the temp contacts associated with these records around 4:30 (and they were deleted around 6:40). Does CnP talk to an SF record after the temp contacts are managed?
