    This issue has raised due to NPSP 3.0 (Cumulus) which is a known issue. Please refer below thread for detail explanation:



    In order to resolve the above issue, you need to delete all the deprecated NPSP fields available on Contact and Opportunity Objects.

    However, we noticed that you are at outdated versions of our apps. Please let us know if you would like us to upgrade your instance with latest versions.

    Hello support -- We have recently upgraded to NPSP3 and now certain users that once could access temp contacts can no longer. I am unsure how to grant them access and interested in this permission set option. Our org ID is 00Dd0000000ha6h and I have granted you 1 week access. Thank you!

    We are also interested in creating a permission set for Salesforce users to enable them to process C&P temporary contacts created by PaaS/FaaS without giving them Administrator access. I tried to set up a new Profile, but can't figure out which permissions they need to process the Temporary Contacts.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Good day Ned,

    When a Transaction is being processed the following are being created:
    1. Account
    2. Contact
    3. Transaction
    4. Custom Question
    5. Campaign
    6. Campaign Members
    7. Recurrings
    8. Case creation for decline
    9. Opportunities
    10. Soft Credits
    11. Opportunity Contact Roles
    Depending on what type of transaction it is the Temporary Contact triggers a family of processes and as a result the user has to have permission to perform all these. We can come up with a permission set but as I am sure you see the user has to have a lot of permissions.

    We can come up with a permission set if you want. Please grant us login access and we see what we can do for you.
    Please make sure to post your organization name & the Salesforce Organization ID so we know how to locate your instance.

  • Permission set for users to approve C&P Temporary Contacts?

    Is it possible to create a permission set for Salesforce users to enable them to process C&P temporary contacts created by PaaS/FaaS without giving them access to the rest of Click & Pledge?

    We'd like to set up some junior employees with the ability to process our incoming donations and payments, but don't want to grant them full access to the C&P data and toolset.
