How do I change the disbursement time for donations into our Bank Account

Hello,

Currently in Click and Pledge, any donation made is sent to our bank account in 48 hours. Is there a way to have all donations from a given month disburse the on the last day of that month?

Sorry but at this time the gateway does not support this type of deposit. We have never been asked this as everyone wants their money sooner rather than later and you want us to hold the money for a month.

We have submitted your request as a suggestion and will let you know if they start offering this feature.

Thank you for the quick response. Is there any way this can be developed? Our CFO is pretty nervous how hard bank reconciliations will become if each individuals donation hits our bank account, meaning we'll have upwards of hundreds of bank line items just from Click and Pledge donations which is going to make this an administrative challenge. Is there any way to cluster these donations or can any tweaks be made from the development side to address this issue?

I am not sure what you mean by hundreds of Click & Pledge items!

Daily deposits are made as a lump sum into your bank account. If you receive 1000 donations in one day totaling $100,000 you will receive one deposit for $100,000. At the end of the month the fees will be deducted from your bank account as one lump sum.

Deposits happen after 48 hours so all payments received on Monday will be deposited on Wednesday, assuming Wednesday is not a bank holiday.
