Autoresponder user changed and autoresponder not going out
    Salesforce.com Organization ID 00DE0000000dJ2q

    Good day!

We reviewed the transaction by you as listed here: https://cnp-paas.na9.visual.force.co...00000053CO2MAM

The Autoresponder is set with the following constraints for custom questions & answers:

Name:	2016-04-05_7-13-28.jpg
Views:	25
Size:	14.1 KB
ID:	22996

Reviewing the posted data for that transaction shows the last question is NOT in the question list:

Name:	2016-04-05_7-13-40.jpg
Views:	26
Size:	27.8 KB
ID:	22997

All other constraints match but the last question is NOT included so the blank condition cannot be met since it cannot be checked. Has the form on your site changed? The question is not being posted.

    Hope that answers your question.

That would make sense for that particular transaction. We did change the questions at one point. However, that was not the reason I posted. When I was on the live forum yesterday, Kamran had me trying to resend an autoresponder because ours were not going out. I choose the one I did, but evidently it didn't meet the criteria. The reason the autoresponders weren't going out is because the user that created them was deactivated (we are no longer working with them). I needed to set it up so that I was considered the active user. He was checking into the connection and was looking into resolving the issue.

That would make sense for that particular transaction. We changed the custom questions at one point. However, that was not the original question I discussed on the live support with Kamran. He was checking on the connection of the active user on our account. We had recently deactivated the active user who evidently was affiliated with our autoresponders. I changed the active user to my account and we were checking to make sure our autoresponders were again going out. Kamran was looking into checking our connection.

          Good day @mmessinger,

We had resolved the issue with the user by deleting and recreating the job with your user name. That has already been done.

Please note the following jobs that are also created by the disabled user. You MAY experience problem with those jobs but they are not part of C&P and apparently are set for NPSP.

We recommend that you review the jobs and make sure they are behaving as expected.

BTW: Since you are a new forum user all your posts need to be moderated. This restriction will be lifted after 4 posts so until then all your posts will show a message stating that the moderator will review & post it if the post is within the forum guidelines. Please do not post the same message multiple times as was done with your last post.

Please let us know if we can be of more assistance.
