  • Review Duplicate Packages

During office hours we couldn't figure out how our temporary contacts were not allowing to be posted. We uninstalled our dup checkers.
This is our Org ID: 00Do0000000IPiS

Order # that is receiving an error (1 of 2):
    160331103536684
    Error message displayed:
Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION, You're creating a duplicate record. We recommend you use an existing record instead.: []

We can't find any duplicate checker.

Since you also have enabled the Maintenance the system will resolve all the issues you had with this duplicate rule automatically. Most probably, by the time you see this post, all errors have been resolved by the system.

We also love to know what you think about our system. Please review our app on AppExchange at: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/l...3JGBvEAO&tab=r

Please let us know if we can be of more help.
