Autoresponder not working

We set up and tested a simple autoresponder for our online donations in October and it worked as expected. We have now started using this and we get the system receipt but nothing goes to the donor. Is there an error log we can look at?

The Autoresponder Log file shows all attempts that have been made.

Are you using the Click & Pledge's SMTP or your SMTP?
