  • All Autoresponders Started Failing :(

    I made some modifications to my autoresponders on November 25th, and they have since stopped working completely. Not sure why, I've looked over the settings and they seem right.

    Good day!

    We reviewed your account and it seems like the Autoresponders that are set up to use the Click & Pledge SMTP all emails are being sent. The ones that are set up to use your SMTP are the ones that are failing.

    Have you tried switching to ours for a quick test? The issue could be because of your SMTP.

      Thanks! I don't really want any of them on my SMTP, I have tried to switch everything over to yours, but sometimes it won't stick or it'll change back for some reason. In addition, it's not that they are failing as much as they just don't seem to be sending or even triggering. Though one has come through since I posted this morning.

        Good day!

        The one you received is set to use our SMTP and the ones that have failed are set up with your SMTP.

        You are also on an old release (I believe the save issue was an old bug) and we recommend that you upgrade to the latest release. We will have a release tomorrow and if you want we can upgrade your instance.

              Thank you for updating my instances! I noticed some new advanced options in the Virtual terminal, I didn't see any documentation on those, is there more info coming on that?

              Also, about the topic this tread is actually about: I realized that when I sent my initial message I had written it incorrectly. When I added WID requirements to my autoresponders, they just stopped triggering altogether. It's like they don't exist. I turned my recurring receipt inactive and made another one identical to it called monthly payment notification, and it started working again. However, looking at all of my 89.3 receipts, none of them are triggering at all. It's like they don't exist. Also, when I try to delete any of my autoresponders it times out. Thanks.

                Good day!

                We checked the log and see that all autoresponders have been sent except for 2 which did not have email.

                Do you have the order # of the transactions that did not send the autoresponder so we can check?

                Also if you can join the office hours we can review your settings. It is always best to compare the C&P Data with the autoresponder to make sure what you have is what is happening.
