Good day!
With the latest release on the AppExchange this will work.
What release are you on?

Hi,
Did you see what happened when you set all of the default quantites to 1?
Very predictably, the default total before entering anything on the page is $6,409!!!
That's why I set the quantities to 0.
Please explain to me how I should setup the VT page so that
a. the donation amounts (items) are visible and
b. no donation is assumed to be made until chosen.
This is a common setup.
How does Click & Pledge suggest that I set this up?
Thanks,
Y Singer

Good day!
this issue is due to the quantity being set to 0.
Is the quantity 0 in settings?

Hi,
Thank you. That issue seems to be resolved. However, another cropped up.
Now, when I submit the transaction I receive a different error...
Please give me some insight into how to avoid this one.Error Code 2052 Transaction Result Xml Error The 'urn:APISchema.xsd:Quantity' element is invalid - The value '0' is invalid according to its datatype 'Long' - The MinInclusive constraint failed.
Thanks so much,
Y Singer

Good day!
We reviewed your account and noticed that you have set up the hide feature for the Shipping Address.
The Billing Address is using the wrong formatted Country and as such when posting it will result in an Error since it is also being pushed to shipping address..
The ISO standard naming convention is US and not USA and as a result it will fail.
We strongly recommend that you synchronize the Country / State database to unify all your state & country names. This will also block such inconsistencies to cause error.
C & P Settings > Countries & States
By adding this feature you will have a list of all States & Provinces for all countries in the Virtual Terminal.
In the next update (coming soon) we will be adding an additional validation rule to catch this issue prior to posting.
I hope this makes sense and answers your question.

Error submitting Virtual Terminal transaction
Hi,
I setup the Virtual Terminal and accessed it from the button on the contact record.
Once I completed the "donation" and submitted it, I received the following error.
1. How can I resolve this?Error Code 2052 Transaction Result Xml Error The 'urn:APISchema.xsd:ShippingCountryCode' element is invalid - The value '' is invalid according to its datatype 'NormalizedString' - The actual length is less than the MinLength value.
2. Is there a help document that identifies potential errors and how to resolve them?
Thanks in advance,
Y Singer
